The Johns Hopkins University Records Management Program is a service of the Ferdinand Hamburger University Archives. We work with JHU offices to facilitate the systematic management, retention and destruction of records they create while coordinating the transfer of records with enduring historical value to the archives.
JHU Records Management handles records in all formats – electronic, paper or hybrid systems – generated by the following divisions:
- University Central Administration
- Carey Business School
- Krieger School of Arts and Sciences
- Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies
- School of Education
- Whiting School of Engineering
- Sheridan Libraries and Museums
